I rented a two bedroom apartment sight unseen since I was moving in from out of state and the location was so close to my work. (God I love a short commute!) Now I know what you??re thinking; boy this guy is just asking for problems. Well I??m happy to report that the whole experience was very positive. I received excellent help form the office staff who have always been prompt, courteous and professional. The apartments are new and very nice; the grounds and facilities are well maintained, clean and groomed. The parking situation is great, the lots are ample well lit and the security gate access keeps unwanted car traffic to a minimum. As far as people noise is concerned this is a very quite complex, I should know as I have been an urban apartment dweller all my life. That being said the location is very close to the Charlotte International Airport so you do get your share of big low flying jet air planes, to be honest with you after a day or two you don??t even notice them so for me it??s a non issue. The overall location is great to, close to shopping, down town Charlotte and major commuter arteries. So to make a long story short I give it two thumbs up and highly recommend Carrington Place
