PROBLEMS

1.Thin walls. You can hear garages, washing machines, toilets, radio alarms at 4am, conversations, etc. Not fun or pleasant at all. Also, one morning SOMETHING (not sure what) hit our bldg and then entire thing shook from the foundation, did not feel kosher at all.

2.Lack of parking. Why should I, someone paying $800/month, have to go to another building NOT EVEN CLOSE to my apt to find a parking space after work' When the gates don't work, NEWSFLASH: that isn't safe!!! And then when I park along the sidewalk so that I don't have far to go to my apt, I get a nasty notice the next morning saying that my car is on file and they will tow it.

3.When the truck ran through the building earlier this year (believe it was March or Feb), the police tape stayed up FOR AT LEAST A MONTH...which means, that area was UNSAFE for a month. Aesthetically, they should have worked FASTER to fix that so that no one had to see that longer than necessary.

4.Gates always broken--they use those cheap plastic bars that if they hit a car, it's like a tap. Sick of the gates being broken. No safety in that.

5.Me and my roommate moved out and they charged us almost $300 for carpet and they accused us saying the apartment was not clean. First off, she cleaned it when she left, and me, my mother, brother, and father cleaned that apartment inside out when I left! And there was no debating it. That pissed me off. For the life of me, I do not understand how carpet is not normal wear and tear. Do they expect the carpet to be PRISTINE after a year'

6.No storage spaces in apartments. If you didn't pay the fees for a garage then you're pretty much SOL. Me and my roommate had no real storage space except for the front closet and the balcony


This is the gist of my problems with this complex. I wasn't going to write this review until my roommate called and told me about those stupid charges.
