I lived here for ten months and moved out in October. It's been over 30 days and no sign of a deposit. After reading some of the other reviews, I'm a little nervous about the whole thing. I have left messages for Mary, but nothing yet. We didn't have a lot of problems while we lived there, but there were a few.

1. The "gates" were broken a lot and seemed pointless since you can walk right around them. Who exactly were they keeping out'

2. Seemed safe being right across the street from the Fire/Police academy but there were constant notices about car thefts and slashing tires.

3. When we got there on the day of our move-in, Mary knew nothing about us, even though we had just called 2 hours before to let them know we were on the way. All of our paperwork was wrong and it took forever to get the lease straight.

4. It's pretty noisy. There were lots of younger people living in the buildings and they would party a lot. One night, a drunk driver was riding around the parking lot and hit a FEW other cars. I reported the next morning and their response was "well they are getting ready to move out so..."! Are you kidding me' I was shocked and would have been livid had it been my car.

It's a nice place and we would have stayed if the rent hadn't gone up so much after our lease, or if we didn't have to deal with Mary. At every opportunity, we always went to Holly - she was always courteous and helpful.

I never had a problem with the staff or Mary. Maybe the problem is with you. People are human so deal with it. When you make a mistake, I hope someone reams you behind!
