I will be a resident for 4 years as of the end of July. I have always found management and maintenance responsive. My wife and I were the first ones to lease our apartment and infact the first ones in our building. There has been a significant turn over, due to so many of the tenants living here while their new home was being completed. We also get to hear the police academy firing range. My wife call it "nights over Bagdad". It is not a disruption, just something you get use too. With your windows down you can not hear it at all. Like all areas of the city we have had some break ins. I think we have less of a problem due to the close proximity of police and fire. I highly recommend Carrington.
