I have lived in these apartments when they were called Sailboat Bay, at first I did not have the best relationship with the office staff, however they have changed property managers more then a dozen times since my move into the complex. Just recently there was a reported gun fires outside the complex at 12 midnight, which I am sure just like me startled a many of the residents of Casa Del Lago. I am not all that satified with my community, and it is my fault that I don't have the time to go and look for a more safer, quieter and caring apartment community. That is one of my New Years resolutions.

I too, lived there when the property was Sailboat Bay. The area is really bad, I couldn't even keep track of how many managers they went through. I moved out in october and still have no signs of my security deposit. This place truly sucks and I wouldn't live there if someone paid me! I'd be safer on the streets on the other side of town..

Well, where do I start?!!...Like all the other comments, responses etc. I currently live in this apartment complex (and had it not been for me renewing my lease like a dummy)I would flee from this community and work 3 or 4 jobs to afford a more sercure living location. I have had my car broken into and recently stolen which has forced me to just sell it altogther...My attempt to get some support with sercuity from the leasing office, has been more of a challege than looking for a new career (which I find easier to do, for those that are a little slow..) With regards to neighbors, loud noise, children running around in the streets and then reported missing, the hispanic polutation growning, and the lack of customer service from the office, I would have to agree with the other editors with this one, this place would not benefit Bin Laden...(someone would actually steal his cave...that was a joke). However, rent is cheap (I wander why. huh) and for the most part, the maintenance guys are reliable in doing any repair that is needed. Most times I do my own repair and don't bother to call them. Agreed upon, the office staff (management) has changed a total of 5 times, since my attendance in this community. So what does that tell you. With all the information provided, from not just myself, but others whom have experienced living in this God forsaken community, you should really use your better jugdement if you are looking for a resident location on the east side. I strongly recommend, you continue to seek living arrangements. Lord, Knows I wish I had!! Good Luck in your home search, and let me know if you find an area that is better than this one on the east side.
