Poor Management

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Management at Parkside Apartments, charlotte is the worse one can find. 10$ bet who can make the front desk lady smile a bit. She will definitely smile while selling a room but once you are in, she is going to explain you the lease with huge fines. :)
