Nightmare on Scaleybark!

I,too, fooliahly moved into an apartment I had not seen beforehand (moved from midwest big city), and was assured by mgmt my work list wd be completed. Never fixed: cracked plaster in LR, probably due to the frequent water leaks during driving windstorms; a leaky balcony sliding door; waterbugs galore; and the leakiest, dirtiest storage room imaginable (I refused to put anything in it!). Be prepared w/plenty of candles for the frequent power outages. No explanation--just no power for hours at a time. Almost nightly visits by fire trucks and police assured me of many sleepless nights, as did the frequent loud, vulgar conversations coming from the CW and neiboring development parking lots. This is NOT senior or family housing as advertised and I would not recommend it to anyone but a young single man needing a place to crash and willing to stay up all night to make sure his car is not vandalized.

Fair housing law will never permit the use of "Family Apartments" so you couldn't have seen such an ad!!!
