I have only lived at Cheswyck for about a month. However, with all of the negative listings, I feel compelled to put some truth in this. Although the people who live above me are a little loud, some parts of the complex have parking issues, and there have been cars stolen recently, I do like a lot of things about the complex and realize that most, if not all, of the problems here are going to be issues beyond control at any apartment complex in the city.

I do like the pool and most of the neighbors are quite friendly. Randon is the best office staff member I have ever dealt with while living in apartments. He takes care of things as soon as a problem is barely even mentioned. However, there is a snotty red-headed girl who needs to get a job that doesn't involve working with others. I just try to avoid her. The pool and excercise room are pretty nice, and there is plenty of parking where I live. Also, management is trying to make people aware of the cars being broken into and stolen and garages are available for those who would like to rent them. My car has not been broken into yet, and I hope it doesn't get broken into, but it is a common problem in the entire metro area.

This is all just my perspective, but overall, these apartments are very nice.
