BAD, horrible managers

1) Not well maintianed, maintainance requires are ignored;
2) Lost mails, huge problems! Managers will ignore/return your mails if it doesn't have your apartment number, which happen many times in my experience. The problem is that the street address is too long, many systems will automatically omit your apartment number. Then the mail will go to magagers, and they will ignore. Thus you take the consequence: Lost mails!

Like many apartment communities we accept packages from many providers such as UPS, FedEx and DHL. Mail we do not hold as the postal service does not have a tracking system. As always we do like to hear back from residents but wish we would be made aware of these problems. We are not the mail carrier nor the post office so we suggest if you do have a problem with returned mail that you please contact the post office. Cheswyck Management. |
