we love our apartment and the price is right for us. the location of the apartment is ideal for us as we are close to everything we need (stores, 485, work). we haven't had any problems with appliances or other repair issues. the office staff has been good to deal with (especially jamie and randon). problems noted in other reviews about staff not caring isn't something we have come across. the staff knows us by name and unit (and we rarely are in the office, just to pay rent and pick up the occasional package!). very courteous and friendly. parking hasn't been a problem for us, 9 times out of 10 we get a spot right infront of out building. this complex is very pet friendly. we never hear our neighbors (actually, we hardly see them either). i like that its gated. the grounds are kept nice, my husband works from home, and he said sees them take care of the grass and such at least twice a week during the day. i feel safe in this community. i get home late as i attend grad school at night, and i feel safe in the parking lot, etc. we haven't made good use of the pool, gym, or tennis courts, but they are all in good condition. free tennis lessons, yoga, and pilates are offered weekly. the one and only problem we ever had was an exterminater entered our apartment without knocking...my husband was home, the door was locked, but the exterminater used a key to get in. he told my husband that a call was put in that there was a problem with silverfish. we haven't had any bug issues here, so we obvously never called them. i let the office know what happened and they apologized and said there must have been a mistake. i sort of had to convince them that i never called them about a bug problem, which was annoying, but no harm was done. i told them i did not want anyone entering our apartment without our knowledge in the future. other than that, we haven't had any negative experiences here. i would recommend this community to others.
