I have been living at Cheswyck for the past 2 and 1/2 years. I loved it and planned on staying. That all changed when I was told my rent would be increasing $140 more a month when my lease goes up. On the average apartments will increase your rent by $20-$50 but $140'''' I don't think so. Nice place to live but extreemly unreliable. I don't reccomend it.

perhaps there was an issue with YOU as a tennant. i just recieved my rates for renewing my lease and my rent has not gone up at all! i definitely expected it to go up around $50, but the rates are the same for 12 months.
