Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
After 2 years my opinion of Cheswyck is that I pay more for location and less for quality of living. However, considering other apartment reviews I've read, overall I would recommend living here.
Pros: Cleanliness of the grounds, availability and timeliness of maintenance, location
Cons: POOR INSULATION, THIN WALLS, parking, price
Notes: The staff member Randon is beyond wonderful. He's very attentive to our needs and very personable. Though the complex is gated, as my roommate says "A caravan can get through the gate before it closes." Though I've heard of break-ins or attempted break-ins, they have come from notices from the apartment staff themselves and that counts for something. And I have not witnessed nor experienced any suspicious or criminal behavior towards me or my unit.
