People are moving out of here as fast as possible. THe water is terrible. Your skin gets very dry, hair falls out and clothes out of the washer stink! The management response is that it's all the same water in Ballantyne. I have family that live down the street and the water is not toxic. I have discussed this with several occupants and many have brought the quality of water issue to management and nothing has been done. Their answer to every problem is an excuse not a solutionThe air conditioning vents smell nasty. The management is unprofessional and acts like they are doing you a favor whenever you ask for something to be fixed. They should label parking spots for residents so you don't have to park in another area if one of your neighbors is having a party. There are so many choices in Ballantyne why settle for the worst.

I am not really sure what this person is talking about. I lived here for five years and never had any of the issues that this person is mentioning. Water is provided by the City, not the apartment community, so this doesn't really make sense. According to this website, Cheswyck is still one of the highest rated apartment communities in Ballantyne.
