I used this site to decide on a place to live when I lived in another state. I was initially looking for a 4-bedroom and Coffey Creek had only 3-bedrooms. I then decided to get the 3-bedrooms and chose Coffey Creek. The staff is very, very nice and accommodating. You get to know them on a first-name basis and they try to help you if you have a problem. This complex has 2 pools, a car wash area where you can vacuum your car out, wash it or put air in the tires. The stairs going to your apt and the breezeways are noisy due to them being made out of wood, but other than that, the complex is beautiful and I?m very happy here. One complaint I would have is the rules about children being in the pool without an adult. If a parent works during the day and the child is on break from school, what are they to do all day if they are not in camp, stay in the house' The staff does not let children under 18 near the pool w/out a parent, they can?t do laundry in the laundry room if they are not 18 (like working moms nowadays wait until a child is 18 to do laundry)LOL, they can?t put money on the laundry card to do laundry either...c'mon. Their rules are a bit strict and do not accommodate working parents. Other than that, I like it here. The complex is racially diverse, the people are nice and do not try to mind your business. The parking lot is lighted, but they do need more spaces. I always get a spot though. Also, the kids in the complex need a better place to play here. They have a playground, but the jungle gym is for 2-3 year olds, not teenagers. They need to put up a community room or something. The new clubhouse is really fancy and not a place for teens. They get bored easily out here. Maybe staff will read this and take my suggestion to heart. : ) This complex is clean and well kept. When I had a complaint, I got a response, which I liked A LOT! Right across the street from the complex is a huge mall area with stores like a SuperCenter Walmart, Bi-Lo, Mailbox Center, Lowe?s, Chick-Fil-A, Chili?s, McDonald?s, etc. These stores are RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET!!!! And, this complex is on a major busline right outside your door. I?m glad I chose this place. They have rent specials too. I am definately considering renewing my lease for next year.
