Coffee Creek Apartments

The apartment manger is very nasty! From: tameme1@yahoo.com Date posted: 12/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I lived here for eight months. When you first move in, the apartment manager is very nice but when you try and move out he gets very ugly. He was extremely nasty to me when I moved out of my apartment. The area is nice and the apartments are nice. But they are overpriced. For the amount that they are charging you there, you can go down the street and find much, much nicer apartments and that come with washers and dryers for this price. They only charge you so much because they are across the street from a shopping area. We had a big problem in our apartment with black nats that came out of the garbage disposal. We had that problem from day one until we moved out! Also, the kids in the community are rude, they play in the streets and wont move as you are trying to drive through. I have witnessed on more than three occassions the same group of boys ganging up, beating up, and picking at other kids including girls! My neighbors cars have been broken into four times and my car has been broken into once. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
