Coffee Creek Apartments

The place is OK at best and bad if you have to deal with management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've lived here for 11 months. The apartments are adequate and reasonable if you're working on a tight budget. Definitely an in-between spot, not long term other than out of necessity. As long as you don't have to engage management or maintenance then this place is livable. The management here, even though they are older, behave like teenage kids on a summer job. There's a noticeable lack of professionalism. If an expectation they set was not met and you inquire regarding it, they immediately get defensive and rude. They have no follow through ability and have to be constantly called to get the status or resolution on anything. This complex in general tends to feel "low rent" and the management adds to that. You can plant a couple of pretty flowers and cut the grass every so often, but that doesn't cover up the lack of quality in the apartments or its staff.
