The complex is well laid out, properly groomed, overall clean, maintenance is responsive and knowledgeable, management is friendly and helpful, I feel safe walking outside at night, I feel safe leaving a vehicle in the parking lot?? Not to mention extremely practical to shopping, restaurants and freeways??

Several cars being broken into and muggings make you feel safe at night? I can't count the number of times that I've pulled into the parking lot at night to find a spot covered in broken glass. The location is very convenient, but the quality of people living there leaves a lot to be desired.
