Then this is the place for you. My carpet is molding, my door knob has fallen off about three times, my toilet has been broken for 6 months and they just now fixed it! I can hear the people above me peeing and showering and everything else. It sounds like rhinos live above me. A friend of mine got her car broken into and my roommate twice and supposedly there is a security gaurd. There is always trash around the dumpster and the neihborhood os scary, there are 3 registered sex offenders in this complex alone and a teenager got raped a few weeks ago. They lost my rent and wanted to charge me a late fee. When I went in there I got a horrible attitude from the people and then they found it and said they couldn't credit it because I didn't write my apt # on the money order. This is place is shadey to say the least.

Positives - It is across the street from Walmart and it is right by the freeway.

i agree. with everythin i know all these things happened except the 3 registered sex offenders but one day my sister did see a registered sex offender in the pool area looking at the kids.
