This used to be a great place to live. Sometime in the last 2 1/2 years, they have really lowered their standards. If they spent as much time fixing problems for residents as they do fixing up the model, there'd be no problems at all.
The office staff is ignorant and rude. They have lost rent payments on more than one occasion. They need to be shown what is in the lease because they have no clue what they're asking you to sign. They get paid according to how many empty apartments there are, so they'll put anyone in them. The police and/or fire department is here at least twice a week. The office staff knows there is drug use in the complex does nothing about it.
It does no good to call the office with problems with the apartment, they don't care.
