I lived here from August '08 until August '09, and I've been very pleased.

Cons:

The floors and walls are thin, so get onto the top floor and you'll alleviate those problems. You can hear people walking around, but that's about all I heard.

Parking can get a bit tight, especially if you get in late.

Pros:

Best management staff I have ever had. All very courteous, and I had two maintenance issues which were fixed same or next day.

Clean apartments on move in; mine looked brand new.

Nice appliances come stock with the apartment, and mine worked all the way through.

Not a lot of noisy parties or neighbors, it's a much quieter community than I have lived in.

I haven't seen any crime or sketchy people around.

They don't screw you on move out costs.


Overall, this has been a great place, and I would definitely move in again if my location stayed the same after graduation!
