Make sure if you do rent here that your apartment is cleaned exceptionally immaculate. I ended up owing $1600 after my moveout, only living there for a year. There were a couple of spots on the carpet which could have easily been cleaned with a carpet cleaning service, but I decided to hold off. What a mistake that was. I was able to reduce this amount to about $900 but still, I shouldn't really owe anything. Be careful about this, as I heard the same complaints from others as well.
