STANDARD PROBLEMS, BUT NO REGRETS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/16/2001 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2001   Legacy Park has been a decent place to live. Though overpriced for what they offer, (if you shop around, you'll probably not wind up there), the community was nice compared to other apts of the same size. Some problems while here were: Car stolen. car was found, though...and I don't blame Legacy...could have happened anywhere. Cars broken into, (not mine) stopped before it became a repetative problem. Ants and other bugs....but exterminated very promptly w/ no continuing problems. Staff & service very nice and helpful. Neighbors polite. Buildings super-quiet. If you can afford it, it's nice. But honestly, for the price your dollar's probably better spent somewhere else.
