I would like to give a major kudos to Bryan, the new property manager, at Legacy Park. I have been in the office several times and he has always been busy with a tenant or on the phone but finally had the chance to speak to him on Friday. In the short time he has been here, he has been enforcing all of the rules that should have been enforced for everyone else a long time ago. People are not leaving trash out in the breezeways as much, and he has gotten rid of some really "bad eggs" that used to live here...thank goodness!!! He sent out a newsletter last week, which I thought was fantastic! It informed us of some changes that were taking place and it was nice of him to let us know ahead of time about some of these changes considering we have never received a newsletter before in the whole 4 years I have lived at this place. I went into the office on Friday to thank him for sending out this newsletter to all of us. He seems to genuinely care about the well-being of the complex and the residents of this complex. I just hope he is able to do something about the gates at this property as they have not worked in years now. He told me that is one of the many things he is working on. One of the things he is starting that I thought was a really good idea is a Suggestion Box that is going to be in the office for all of us to make suggestions on things that can be improved or new ideas we may have. I have already made a few of them. I do not expect a miracle to happen over night but at least it is a start for this place. The rest of the staff is great as well and always willing to help any way they can. Bless all of their hearts, they are always so busy! I know some of the former tenants that have lived here before have had bad things to say about this complex but trust me, I have lived in places much worse. You can't beat the rent prices here compared to the other places considering cable is included. I just think the management company needs to get their act together and let Bryan make the changes he would like to make. I give him major kudos because he is trying! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

Bryan is that you? Seriously though. I've tried many times to call the office and have never gotten through on the first time. On a particular Thursday afternoon I tried from 1:30pm 'til a little after 5pm and the phone never was answered except the answering machine. I have never read such a false, made up review before. How did a leasing agent get a manager job anyway? So fake

I agree with the guy above. The manager definitely wrote the positive review about himself. I live at Colonial Grand and can never get anyone to pick up the phone. The leasing agents/manager are not knowledgeable and are not helpful. My car has been vandalized and the leasing agents do not care. Bad service.

They don't care because there is nothing they can do about your car being vandalized. Thats your own problem! take care of it pal. go call a cop
