Hmm, not really worth it!

After living here for several months now, I believe I can provide some feedback. I recently moved and wanted share my concerns...
I believe the management is really good to work with, you have to basically prove to them that you actually have issues...the maint. staff is good and bad, it just depends on who you get to help you.
The gate is always open...in fact it was broken for several weeks at one point. Parking could be better. One time I had to park in another building's space becuase all of the spaces in front of my building were full.
I have yet to see any dogs that are with in the restrictions. I usually see huges dogs roaming around with their owners...some even have two 30 pound plus animals...Owners only pick up after them if they are being watched, so you will find dog remains everwhere.
In front of my building we have had a broken down care taking up a parking space since I moved in back in December.
Do yourself a favor and visit the place before you sign anything. You should visit others as well.
