I only lived here for 6 months, but overall had a good experience and would recommend it to others. The staff were always nice and helpful when I had questions or problems. The apartment itself was a very good size and considering its age, very well maintained. Here's some of the issues I had.

Parking:
There was plenty of parking, although sometimes it was a hike to get to your building as all the spaces near the doorway were filled.

Gates:
The gates were broken a lot and I was unfortunate to have an apartment next to one of the gates and often heard the annoying music from people's cars while they were waiting for the gate to open. So try to avoid anywhere near the gates if you can.

Dogs:
Being a dog owner myself (who did pick up after my dog all the time), I agree with the other reviewer about many dog owners not picking the mess up, even within 2 steps from the dog stations. Also, I felt very safe walking around late at night with my dog.

Maintenance:
When I first moved in the washer and dryer was not there like it should have been and I had to wait about 3 weeks for them to arrive (no, I didn't have to pay for that time, but it was inconvenient). Apart from that, they were very quick in not only fixing things, but helping with things like putting in ceiling fans and shower heads for me. One of the team had to come out 4 times to put in a ceiling fan light for me because I kept getting the wrong one and didn't get annoyed with me.

Business Center:
This was the only thing I got frustrated about. They had said they were going to have a business center with a computer and printer. When I first moved in, they said the computer was broken but they had ordered another one that would arrive in a couple weeks. About 2 months later, still no computer and when I asked them, they said the one they ordered, they ended up using in the office instead and were going to order another one. After 5 months still nothing, but by then I had given up and got my own computer. This was definitely false advertisement and very frustrating.
