I do not think I would ever recommend this place to anybody. They are not organized, they miss your stuff on file. They mislead you and give difeerent answers at different timings.
Top of that, if you live in there, you have to take a Cabel TV connection Thourgh Them. Believe me... only through them and you have to do that whether you have a TV or not.... you have to take a Cable TV. Does not it sound funny'
But, it is true. I have to buy a TV to justify the additional $35 or $40 i was paying for the Cable TV.
In my opinion, any body moving into this Apt would not be Happy.

I also acknowledge living there means you have to pay them a 45$ cable TV regardless if you need it or not. They misled you, are disorganized and unprofessional. I would not recommend renting from them.
