Management is the worst right along w/the apartments

sheridan is very nasty. she comes across nice @ 1st but when you have an issue they're wrong they try to make you feel like you were in the wrong. its not well lit @ night & the gates are broken more times then they're working. Parking is horrible. I have to park far away from my building. I would think twice b4 i move here. The construction is cheap just like colonial's other community, cg @ mallard creek. I understand you will hear your neighbors sometimes but i shouldnt be able to make out some of their conversation or hear what they're watching on tv. the insulation is horrible. its colder in my bedroom than the living room & my vents are open. I would think twice before moving here. They're a little pricey compared to what they offer & you can find better in the area.
