The worst apartment in this vicinity. Lot of university students and often getting drunk and make noice in the road. break bottles in the pool area. Pool is not maintained well as well. One whole season the kept it closed (THe one inside). Apartment kitchen does not have enough space for the family(may be good and designed for bachelors) And they dont provide microwave. Entrance no closet for coats, can't hang coats and shoes in a place, really uncomfortable. Atleast all this we can tolerate. Staff.. the worst anybody can get. They are very sweet until you sign the lease paper, just you go out and enter immediately back into office for any questions and you will see their original witch face.
Dont believe in the deals they offer, unless your initial lease goes uptil 1 year. Every lease renewal they increase around 100$. People see the first glimpse and sign the lease and get cheated eventually. Bus stop and few stores are close by and people choose this apatment for that reason. If you are not looking for this comforts, please avoid this hell. Dont try to still experiement and get into deep trouble. There are plenty of aparments on the mallard creek church and mallard creek area. (Which are safer than the autumn park and lodge apartments)
