Very poor attitude and racially motivated

I have lived in many apartments in the past and this can be easily rated the people with worst attitude. It keeps me wondering if they have racially motivated attitude. Everything they try to explain will be illogical and irrational. Be ready for that.
I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere (Finally, I moved to Thornberry on Mallard Church Rd. The staff was exactly opposite: very friendly and welcoming attitude).
