Ok honestly, how much can you really depend on these reviews' I have lived in several different apartments over the years and the only other time (besides now) that I've posted a review on one was when I was highly upset with the apartment complex. I think that for the most part, when people are happy with an apartment complex... they do their time there, pack up and leave and probably don't think twice about posting a review on it because it isn't exactly necessary. So, I wonder how much higher most apartment ratings would be if all the HAPPY people posted reviews. I've lived here in Colonial Grand at Mallard Lake for almost a year and the only thing I can really think to complain about is the fact that these apartments are just older. They are not as new as some of the other places in the surrounding area so obviously there's going to be some normal problems that come along with that issue. I've noticed more bugs this summer too than any other place I've lived but I think that's just because it's been a much hotter summer than any other. In any case, I'm happy here and there are not near as many parties or noise as other apartments in the area with more college kids.
