Although they have badge readers to get in garage. You are still able to enter to building easily without them. Very difficult to get a hold of maintenance for anything urgent or emergent. No dog park.

The building itself is awesome but management is horrible. They take no accountability for anything. I've had roaches and no heat in the middle of winter, and they basically said sorry and acted like it wasn't their problem.

Had some car break-ins, stolen cars (not the first year this has happened), and some shady activity around the building. I have had to purchase a steering wheel club just to make sure my car doesnt get stolen out of the parking garage.

Colonial Reserve is cool. The only concerns are the break ins that happened (but there have now been security implemented) and the somewhat mediocre electrical repairs. only fixed 1/3 the broken lights in my maintenance request as if they ignored the request completely

Security is awful, packages are stolen daily, dirty hallways and trash in the parking garage. This complex has gone down hill since I've moved in. It's in such a great area but is constantly has problems.

I just moved to Charlotte from Cornelius for work, and MAA Reserve was the perfect location at the perfect price point! I love the community so far, and Carley in the leasing office was amazing and helped me find a unit I love!

Very nice appearance, location, and cleanliness. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Location is in the heart of Southend and delivers very competitive pricing without the sacrifice of security and appearance. Would recommend to a friend.

Affordable to be near/in city. Transit is nearby and shopping centers are walkable. There is plenty of food as well. The community is clean & secured with private keys. There's a parking garage to ensure safety as well.

Convenient and busy area to live, pool is nice and apartment is updated. Bedroom is large, the closet could be bigger. Parking can be a pain but is still pretty convenient. It's very pet friendly environment.
