I have lived in Chancellor Park for about one year. In that time I have seen that place turn to crap and these are the reasons why....
Apparently, the section 8 housing rumor is not just a rumor ... considering the quality of their new residence.
Since new management has taken over they have lost two of my rent checks. Then, proceeded to charge me late rent fees even though I turned my rent in one week early.
They continue to charge me each month for a garage even though my contract expired three month ago.
My vehicle has gotten broken into twice.
The pool hasn't been cleaned since the new management took over.
Because "Chancellor supports section 8 housingā and rent is so cheap parking has become a problem.
Because of stellar maintenance the grills are more likely to catch on fire than cook a decent meal.
Finally, I do not recommend Chancellor Park because of the reasons listed and above all the quality of residence has fallen. But if you're up for parole and looking for a slight up grade give Chancellor Park call.
