not bad. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   i've been living here for a year with two other roommates (all are female). we live on the first floor. while i am constantly aware of my surroundings and make sure someone walks me to and from my car at night, i do that ANYWHERE. my roommate's car has been broken into, but the same thing happened when we lived in a gated community. i've had trouble finding a parking space maybe 3 times, and i live in the busiest part of the community. i have had to call maintenance twice, and both times they showed up within the hour. also, they didn't just fix our garbage disposal. they replaced it with a new one. so yes, there are downfalls. but overall, i have had a decent experience. and i wish people would be more honest on here because i'm trying to find a new apartment in south charlotte, and every single community has ratings like this. good grief.
