Seriously, if you are considering moving here, DON'T DO IT! This place is a mess! There is never any place to park! I come home and have to park a half mile away from my door! The buildings are dirty! I have been here a year and they have not power washed the siding...not one time! The siding is filthy! I have seen residents dumping trash behind the building. The walls are thin...I can hear people outside walking up and down the steps all through the night. The management is unstable and a bit rude sometimes. The tenants above us are ridiculously noisy...I mean it sounds like romper room up there! When we asked management to ask them to quiet down, they told us to go up there and ask them ourselves...so unprofessional! The security gates are broken and always open! In the rare occasion that the gates are working, when you need to get in at night, you can barely see the keypad to enter your code. Just terrible! I would recommend either Courtney Oaks or Tyvola Centre, which are also on S. Tryon. Lease is up this month and I thank God for that! Can't wait to get outta here!
