Great Staff, Nice Grounds, Bad Choice of Neighbors

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I moved into the place when it was brand new. The apartments are quite large for the price compared to the competitors. The staff was always kind and helpful and always generous with a smile. The apartment is well insulated - Great Power Bills when I lived there, but the sound of Cars booming their stereos and traffic could be heard quite well.
My biggest complaint is that I just didn't feel safe there. There were 2 instances of drive by shootings. The police were being called for domestic disturbances daily.
I couldn't recommend the place to another for safety reasons. Great place, Great Staff, horrible choice of a Neighborhood.
