Overall: A Nice place to live. From: shellyshell007@yahoo.com Date posted: 8/11/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   Very clean, brand new in 2002. Most units have never been lived in. a definite plus. Floor plans are pretty spacious and parking is adequate. However, there are problems with loud parties and non-residents hanging around the parking lot at night. Security is extremely lax so most incidences are handled by the police. Management is friendly, but is not prepared to handle complaints. The relationship between tenants and management is one more of friendship than of business. This makes things difficult if a problem arises with one of the tenants, especially if you are new. Also, the pool is usually crowded and sometimes full of non- residents. Rent is a little high for the services offered.
