Some good Some bad

Lived here threes years, seen bad people move in, bad people move out. Have to realize that this is an apt bld. You have to make adjustments. Too many people allow their SMALL dogs poop and never pick up, never caught a Large dog owner doing the same. Management just turned over, thankfully a little more strict. Management needs to realize that some apts have way too many people living in them for the size. Too many children NOT from the apt complex associate with children from here and end up causing destruction ie: breaking into cars, throwing trash anywhere, breaking into the poolside drink machines. Some complain of loud noises such as fights and drinking parties (part of apt living)New people move in and want things changed like they were paying 1000 in rent instead of 600 in rent. Weight room is great, Pool is alright until thirty unsupervised kids and one adult take it over and the children usually don't live here. One blue truck (undriveable, no windows, no bumpers) has sat in the same place for three years. Area is building up, so more tolerance is going on. Overall not so bad. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
