Great place if you love living in a barn From: jimdumpsky Date posted: 1/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   I have lived here since August of 2002. This place is great if you love paying electric bills for heating and cooling the outside. No matter what you set you thermostat too, you can't get warm/cool. My December 2003 electric bill was over 180, and we had no electricity running for half of the month, in a 2 bedroom townhouse. In order to not freeze to death in the morning, you have to get a shower with the hot water on full, and no cool water. Good luck if 2 people have to shower within 1 hour of each other! You might be wondering why I have been living here so long' Well, when our lease was up, they promised to fix all of these issues, and we were stupid enough to believe them. But, come August 2004, we are out!
