Moving Out as Soon As Lease Is Up

We have a 3-BR 2 1/2 Bath two-story apartment. We took the apt because we were relocating and we had little time to look for an apt.... they took dogs, so BINGO! This is where we decided to stay. The apt they showed us was immaculate. The apt we got, was not. The carpet was ruined from the day we moved in (they told us it was because we have dogs, and that we, we won't have to pay to have it replace when we leave), bugs ALL the time... you name it, we get them and when you call to have the exterminator come; well, we haven't seen him/her since July! During the summer, our A/C went out (on a Friday), they wouldn't come and fix it as it wasn't an emergancy - it has to be 86 degrees and it was only 85. No Kidding! So, we had to wait until Monday for "regular" service. We had to go Sears and buy a window unit (I bought the cheapest I could find) because the temp inside our unit was in the high 90's. I saved the receipt; I did not get reimbursed for the a/c unit. Again, because it wasn't an emergancy and it doesn't matter what our thermostat read about the temp IN the apt... "they're unreliable, anyway." They allow dogs and DO NOT reinforce picking up after your pet.... so getting your pet to the "official" potty area is like walking through a landmine field.
