My Fiance and I are new to the Charlotte area (been here about 5 months). We moved into the Colony November 2003 and so far we love it. This location is convenient to everything .. shopping, restaurants, both of our jobs, and so many of the other things Charlotte has to offer. So far no problem with roaches and maintenance have been fantastic. We have had two occassions to call them so far (neither an emergency) and both were responded to in less than 24 hours. The electric bill does feel a little high sometimes but considering this is a two story unit I would expect as much. The fans definately help make it a comofortable environment. We're now in the process of house hunting and though we'll be excited to get into a place of our own I don't think we would ever leave here if our intention was to keep renting. We couldn't be happier.
