Colony Apartments

LOVE THIS PLACE! From: babiesheaven Date posted: 8/17/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I renewed my lease and have shopped around for about 2 months for a new place and nothing compared to this complex. Shopping, grocery store, public transportation etc accessible. The roaches are out more due to the drought. There is no water and they come inside looking for water. I have friends in apts and houses that have this problem also. The staff has been extremely helpful to me and my son. The maintenance men were prompt. First example was I had an old refrigerator and the botton electrical started to spark. I called them at around 6 in the evening and they were there within 5 minutes and I had a new frig within 30 mins. Second case, ac went out on a very hot day called that morning and within 30 mins it was fixed. Last case, neighbor next door flooded my apt and several. It was about 2 in the morning and maintenance came to alert me. They helped me move my stuff out of the bedroom and get my son moved easily. Then at 4 they were back to clean the water up. I am happy to be here and will not move. The playground is a paradise for my son and we love being here.
