1) There are roaches and bugs everywhere
2) Major plumbing problems, pipes/plumbing is old and they aren't going to fix it; I've had two major plumbing/flooding problems since I've moved in in six weeks.
3) All of the one bedrooms have a two bedroom above it and the GENIUS that designed the apt.s put their kitchen directly ABOVE the bedroom!!!! ARGH! It's horrible. The sliding doors on the upper kitches are old and heavy, thus jarring you out of your bed everytime they pry it open. You hear every step, the washing machine, the dishwasher, the garbage disposal, EVERYTHING!
