First, the location and price are very nice. Granted, it's an older complex, so there's bound to be certain problems that come with age. The grounds are neat and clean, though the roads are a bit patched. The speed bumps ARE certainly large, but it's safe! We have brand new carpet in our spacious townhome, which is wonderful. To the reviewers who complained about heating and cooling, I've had bills for 300 in vintage bungalows. Also, dog owners usually get a raw deal. They probably give new carpet to people like us; childless couples without a dog.
