When you say old buildings, is it just the building or are the apartments themselves old and outdated? What about noise, kids, crime. I'm a single woman and am researching this complex and am very concerned about feeling safe.

The apartments are old and they do plan on rebuilding next year in the summer of 2009, so if your looking for a long term thing, keep looking. When I was going to renew my lease, they would only go till the summer of 09, but I ended up moving out of state.
I didn't have any issue with noise, or crime. I did hear of 1 break in back about 6 months ago when the people were not home. Not sure what else happened though. I felt safe and my husband was away a lot of the time. There are some kids in the nieborhood, but again didn't have any problems with that issue. Everyone was nice and friendly that I had met. Hope this helps you!!!
