Every time I have needed to talk to the staff or management about something, they have always been courteous, prompt, and supremely helpful. Most recently, had to log an official complaint about some noisy neighbors, and management dealt with it most efficiently and discretely - I was so appreciative that I was inspired to write this positive review! If you are looking for a surprisingly affordable, homey apartment complex with a neighborhood feel in the middle of town, PLUS a wonderful management team that looks out for their residents, the Colony is the place for you! (Props to the maintenance staff as well, who have cheerfully gone out of their way to help me in the past! - one of the guys helped me recharge the battery in my car when it went dead, and another helped me move a heavy piece of furniture when I wasn't able to lug it myself.)
