OK overall From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've lived at Courtney Oaks for almost a year. Overall, it has been an OK experience. The apartments are new, thus very nice. But lately (past two months), parking has been a nightmare. While the location is still a little sketchy, the police academy is across from the complex so I've always felt very safe. The main reason I am not renewing my lease is price. I found a nicer apartment in a better location for less money. Overall, though, it's not a bad place to live. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves and there isn't that much noise. I would recommend it. Oh and hottie Chad isn't there anymore. He moved to Atlanta. Sadness! He was awesome!!!
