Courtney Oaks is great!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I have lived at Courtney Oaks for a few months now and have had great experiences. Anysia (leasing agent) is absolutely wonderful, friendly, and accomodating. She provides superior customer service and has a wonderful personality. The complex has wonderful amenities and is, for the most part, a gated community. The only side that does not have gates is right across the street from the police academy which still makes me feel pretty safe. There are also monitors at night (Megan and Jonathan) who watch over the basketball court, raquetball court, business center, and pool. These two individuals are absolutely marvelous and make sure the riff raff is kept out and the rules are being followed. I love them and they are doing a great job!!! Keep up the good work!!! Wendy and Ginger are also doing a wonderful job managing the complex and make sure tenant requests/complaints are followed up on and resolved in the best way possible. Rick the maintenance guy is superb!!! He is always willing to give a helping hand and troubleshoot any problem you have in a timely and professional manner. There are only two things I have noticed lately that may become a problem if not handled soon: 1. The parking is a little scarce (but that is because people do not park where they are suppossed to and there are a lot of visiting cars taking up the spaces). 2. There seems to be more police around arresting people and dealing with crime than when i first moved in. But at least they are responding to calls and taking care of the issues rather than not dealing with them at all. I hope the office staff and the police clean up this issue soon but for the most part it looks like things are already being handled. I would recommend Courtney Oaks to others and will probably live here for a long time!!
