fine apartment From: rebecca46628 Date posted: 8/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The fire alarms went off several times while I lived at Courtney Oaks - very annoying. The gates went out sometimes because of the lightening. Computers were stollen from the business office and the TVs in the fitness area were damaged by lightening. Sometimes there wouldn't be a handy spot to park by the building and instead of walking people would park in the fire lanes. My neighbors always let their dog outside off leash. All of that said, the Courtney Oaks was a fine place to live. Maintance was awesome. The place looked nice. The staff was helpful - nobody even noticed that we had an extra dog (or didn't complain if they did). I rarely heard the neighbors. Fairly stress-free place to live.
