Keep looking....this place isn't as good as it looks

You know when your parents said if its too good to be true then it probably isn't. Well, That is the case here. It all looks so wonderful from a distance and then you move in. The gates never work or randomly start closing shut when it didn't finish opening and damages your car. Or how about the wonderful business center that is always out of paper. The staff is the worst. The worst customer service. They talk down to you and constantly send out rude letters on your door.
