comments on new management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I've lived here over 2 1/2 years and been through 5 managers - though they have had some seriously poor choices for management in the past, I've been highly impressed with the current manager Michael. He seems genuinely dedicated to improving the resident experience and has been very upfront and open about any changes being made. There are a few minor grumbles and complaints I could make, but frankly, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else in Charlotte. They are quick to fix maintenance requests, quick to deal with noise complaints & violations (though I've never personally needed to make one), and they've gone out of their way to help us with some unusual requests. They've also undone alot of the damage created by previous management. Talk to Michael or Alvena - they have proven trustworthy in their promises.
